Shipping costs

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination selected by the customer in the designated form.

"Alo's s.r.l.s." offers free shipping within Italy for orders of €150 or more (this amount is subject to change and may be modified without prior notice).

In the event of a return, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, as this offer is intended to incentivize purchases rather than serving as a complimentary gift.

This cost will be listed on the invoice, and the customer unconditionally accepts the charge in the event of a return without an exchange of goods.
