Shipping costs

All shipping costs are calculated at the time of check-out and are based off of the destination that the customer chooses for delivery by filling in the appropriate form.

"Alo's s.r.l.s." offers free shipping for purchases over € 250 (this amount may vary and can be adjusted without notice) throughout the EU.

In the case of returns, the cost of shipping will still be deducted from the refund amount, as it is configured as a discount to encourage the purchase and is not considered a free gift.

This cost will be reflected in the invoice and the customer unconditionally accepts this charge in the event of a return without replacement of the goods.
